Key Responsibilities:
* Utilising a person-centred approach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment
* Developing positive partnerships with local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities for participants
* Enhancing employability through referral to support services and training
* Providing in-employment support to sustain employment
* Marketing participants' skills to prospective employers
* Achieving program performance and quality benchmarks
* Keeping detailed, accurate records and adhering to all compliance requirements
* Actively participating in the local community to promote services
