The Role:
* Launch and lead a new club, setting the tone for culture, performance, and community.
* Manage finances and retention strategies to drive growth and success.
* Oversee operations across all areas, including childcare, retail, and food services.
* Build and inspire a high-performing team from the ground up.
* Mentor and motivate department heads through regular meetings and coaching.
* Ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standard.
* Plan and execute events that build energy and connection.
* Deliver clear reporting and analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven leadership in a large fitness center with 20+ staff and 2000+ members.
* Experience working in a data-driven environment, with a strong drive to exceed targets.
* A people-first approach, able to connect with members and inspire staff alike.
* A growth mindset, strong sales skills, and a genuine passion for health and fitness.
* A problem-solving attitude with resilience and adaptability.
* Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to lead by example.
* Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
