We're searching for a passionate Payroll Officer to join our People and Culture Team at PCYC Queensland.
This 6-month role is your chance to step into a valued position and help keep our payroll operations running smoothly while our manager leads an exciting project.

What You'll Be Doing
In our fast-paced, collaborative team, you'll be responsible for processing timesheets, leave requests, higher duties, and maintaining accurate payroll reports in TechnologyOne.
Based at our Logan club, you'll enjoy genuine work flexibility while being part of a supportive and mission-driven environment.
If you're experienced in payroll processing, employee record maintenance, and the full spectrum of payroll tasks, we'd love to hear from you.

Your New Role
As our Payroll Officer, you'll ensure payroll accuracy by cross-checking reports with timesheets, following up with Clubs and Services on missing information, and keeping managers updated as employee maintenance requests are actioned.
About You
Minimum two years' payroll experience, including processing for 200+ employees
Strong knowledge of awards and legislation, particularly for a predominantly casual workforce
Commitment to confidentiality, privacy and secure handling of employee data
A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and professional communication
Please note
A Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start applies, along with Restricted Person legislation.
All PCYC employees must also complete a National Police Check on commencement.
