What do we want?
* Minimum of 5 years experience in Marketing Coordination role
* Design and execute a marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives, culture, and purpose of delivering people-first technology solutions
* Maintain a marketing plan to provide transparency and tracking of marketing tasks and deliverables
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights, to inform strategy and positioning
* Develop and manage marketing budget
* Track and report on marketing performance metrics, campaign Return On Investment and lead generation outcomes
* Maintain and evolve the Diversus brand across all marketing materials, platforms, and communication
* Assist with business and marketing strategy for product release
* Create and manage content including blogs, white papers, case studies, and thought leadership pieces
* Oversee the company digital presence including website updates, SEO and social media channels
* Ensure digital campaigns are optimised for engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness
* Manage marketing events, including with partner and alliance organisations
