About the Role
SEE Group is offering an exciting career opportunity for experienced excavator, dozer, and truck operators—to join our highly skilled and professional team on a major infrastructure project in Orange, NSW. Be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment working on a family friendly dayshift only 8/6 roster. With flexible arrangements including local, DIDO, or FIFO options from Brisbane, this is your chance to take the next step on a high-profile project.

Responsibilities
* Carry out pre-start checklists on plant you're required to operate
* Operate /drive plant properly and safely to suit the individual job conditions.
* Ensure safety of other team members and the public in accordance with the legislative requirements.
* Report any fault/damage/problem the plant you are assigned to the Site Supervisor.
* Service equipment by cleaning, lubricating and re-fueling it and make minor adjustments and repairs when necessary, in consultation with the Workshop Personnel.
* Keep plant in a clean and tidy state.
Essential Skills and Attributes
* Hold an Excavator, Dozer, or Haul Truck ticket
* Have an OHS Induction Card
* Be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision and be able to work as part of a team
* Strong safety initiative
* Have excellent communication skills
* Be reliable and dedicated to the role
* Be able to pass a pre-employment medical examination, including a drug and alcohol screen
