Recruiting Manager

Coach and develop our next generation of recruiting leaders
Establish strong partnerships by listening, having empathy and delivering on commitments
Win trust and build credibility to advise, support and drive value at all levels including executive leadership
Establish regular communication and transparency on recruiting progress, key challenges and wins to executive leadership
Design and deploy innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract exceptional talent across a wide spectrum of position types
Qualifications
Minimum BS/BA in business or a related field or equivalent evidence of exceptional accomplishment in recruiting, MBA preferred
Five plus (5+) years of experience in the recruiting, with at least 2 years experience managing a team of recruiters.

Track record of achievement in rapid-growth, mission-driven and extremely demanding hiring environments where excellence is the passing grade
Evidence of driving innovation in promoting the optimal performance of highly motivated / skilled recruiting teams
Demonstrated ability and achievement in leading effective recruiting teams and developing and inspiring exceptional recruiters and recruiting leaders
A combination of experience recruiting for both high-volume and technical positions is preferred
