The Role
We're looking for a Senior Partnerships Trader to join our Trading team. Working across a portfolio of clients, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding trading outcomes through campaign implementation, optimisation, reporting and stakeholder management across channels including TV, OOH, Radio and Cinema.
You'll work closely with Planning teams, media partners and Trading leadership to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, client objectives are achieved and opportunities for additional value are identified.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day trading outputs across a portfolio of clients.
* Execute and optimise campaigns across TV, OOH, Radio and Cinema.
* Deliver campaign reporting, analysis and post‐campaign reviews.
* Monitor campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
* Build strong relationships with media partners and internal stakeholders.
* Support negotiations and evaluate media proposals to maximise client value.
* Ensure campaign delivery aligns with client KPIs and trading benchmarks.
* Mentor and support junior team members where required.
Who Are You?
* Experience in media trading, buying or investment within an agency environment.
* Strong understanding of the Australian media landscape and trading processes.
* Experience working across traditional media channels, particularly TV and OOH.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Commercially minded with a passion for delivering strong client outcomes.
* Proactive, collaborative and solutions‐focused.
