**About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the architecture and design sectors.
**Key Responsibilities:*
* Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and other key decision-makers.
* Develop and implement strategies tailored to clients' specific needs.
* Provide personalized service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
**Market Research and Analysis:**
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
* Analyze competitors' offerings to position products effectively.
**Project Management:**
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure product specifications meet requirements.
* Oversee project implementation to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
**Networking and Business Development:**
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products and expand the client base.
* Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, business, or related field preferred.
* Previous sales experience, ideally within architecture, design, or interiors.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong technical knowledge of architectural and design principles, materials, and construction processes.
* Effective negotiation skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to build and maintain a professional network within the industry.
