We are seeking a skilled Multimedia Content Creator to join our team. This role involves managing the entire video production process, from scripting and planning to filming, sound recording, editing, and final delivery.
Responsibilities:

* Scripting & Pre-Production: Writing scripts, shot lists, and storyboards
">
* Scheduling shoots, locations, logistics, and securing permits
">
* Preparing and checking equipment
">
* Filming & Audio: Operating or directing camera, lighting, and sound
">
* Directing talent and capturing high-quality footage
">
* Setting up microphones, recording clean dialogue/ambient sound, and managing noise
">
* Editing & Post-Production: Importing and organizing footage, editing with software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve), adding transitions, titles, music, and effects
">
* Color correction, basic VFX, and supervising assistants
">
* Delivery & Marketing: Exporting in correct formats, delivering via cloud/USB/social media
">
* (Optional) Upload strategies, captions, thumbnails for engagement
">
* Project Management & Live Streaming: Managing timelines, invoicing, budgets, and contractors
">
* Planning and running webinars/live events: camera switching, overlays, audio/visual monitoring, audience engagement
">
* Equipment & Research: Maintaining/upgrading gear and staying updated with industry trends

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or higher in the relevant field
">
At least one (1) year of relevant experience

$80,000 to $85,000 plus guaranteed superannuation
