**About the role**:
Working in a small team you will be responsible for face-to-face sales of our client's products, providing general advice and assistance for issues relating to the sale of products, general information about tours, and processing returns, refunds and customer complaints.
**Role Details**:
- Part time work
- 37.5 hours for one week of the month
- 15 hours extra hours for the rest of the month
- $40 per hour + super
- Deakin location
**The duties of this position include**:
- Providing quality customer service and advice when responding to general queries through the shop.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to manage sales transactions and understand customer enquiries.
- Processing product sales through POS.
- Assisting, under supervision, with resolving issues relating to sales of products including processing returns and refunds and responding to customer complaints.
- Previous experience in a retail environment
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritise, manage time effectively and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide quality customer service
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work under limited direction within a team environment
- Willingness to learn quickly and remain adaptable.
