Therapeutic Leadership Role
Centacare Kimberley is seeking a Therapeutic Team Leader to lead and supervise a team of up to six Family Support Workers in delivering trauma-informed, culturally secure services to families involved in the child protection system.
1. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise a team of Family Support Workers
* Ensure delivery of trauma-informed, culturally secure services to families
* Design, review, and embed therapeutic service delivery models
* Provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and ongoing professional development to staff
2. Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Social Work or a closely related Human Services field
* Current registration (where required)
* 5 years' experience in staff supervision, leadership, and therapeutic program delivery (preferably in child protection contexts)
3. Benefits:
* Salary of up to $125,000 per annum based on skills and experience
* Salary packaging option up to $15,900 p/a (plus additional as a remote area benefit)
* Housing allowance of $20,000
