What you’ll be doing
- Provide person-centered support to clients, including assistance with personal care, manual handling, and managing challenging behaviours.
- Assist clients to attend appointments and engage in community activities.
- Promote independence, wellbeing, and inclusion.
- Work collaboratively within a respectful, caring team.

What We’re Looking For
- Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability for various shifts, including sleepovers
- Experience in disability, aged care, or mental health or hold a completed certificate 3 or higher relevant to the industry
