About the role
Join the team at Hudson Civil Products as a Branch Assistant, Driver in our Prospect, TAS 7250 location. This full-time role is integral to the smooth running of our branch, providing vital sales support and customer service to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the branch, including order processing, inventory management, and general administrative tasks
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and ensuring client needs are met in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with the sales team to support their activities and contribute to achieving branch targets
* Maintaining accurate records and data, and generating reports as required
* Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of branch operations
* Delivery Driver as required
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role, ideally within the Civil, Construction industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
* Proficient in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
* A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
