We are looking for a Finance Analyst to support the financial operations, reporting and commercial performance of Stockland's Funds Management and Capital Partnering activities.
Finance Analyst who will contribute to high quality financial reporting, commercial insights and operational support across our capital partnership structures. You will help strengthen the financial frameworks that underpin Stockland's partnerships and enable long term growth.
What You'll Do
This role sits within our Funds Management and Capital Partnering team and plays a key part in delivering accurate reporting, commercial analysis and governance support. You will help Stockland create long term value for investors, partners and communities.
In this role you will:
* Support financial, statutory and management reporting activities for capital partnerships
* Assist with capital transactions, operational processes and governance frameworks
* Provide commercial insights through strong financial analysis and high quality reporting
* Support compliance, controls and tax related activities in collaboration with Group Finance and TaxWork closely with Commercial Finance, Group Finance, Tax, Legal, Treasury and Technology
* Contribute to improvements in accuracy, efficiency and scalability across the funds management platform

Experience and Skills That Count
* Experience in financial reporting, management reporting or commercial finance
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly
* Understanding of statutory reporting, governance requirements and tax compliance; funds experience is advantageous
* Ability to manage relationships with auditors, fund administrators, tax advisors or external service providers
* Knowledge of financial controls, accounting standards and process improvement methodologies
* Ability to apply commercial acumen to translate complex accounting and technical matters into clear, practical guidance for stakeholders
