Job Description My client is seeking a hands-on Project Manager (Data Centre Fit-Out) to deliver data centre fit-out projects. This role involves active site coordination, managing MEP installations, and working closely with contractors and stakeholders from construction through commissioning and handover. Key Responsibilities Manage data centre fit-out delivery from construction through commissioning and completion Take a hands-on approach to site coordination and construction execution Coordinate MEP installations and ensure alignment with project requirements Manage contractors, vendors, and consultants to meet schedule and quality targets Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and drive project milestones Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting Support testing, commissioning, and handover to operations teams Requirements Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline Hands-on experience delivering data centre or mission-critical fit-out projects Experience in MEP, project management, planning and coordination Hand on experience in white space fit-out, commissioning, or critical environment projects Good communication and stakeholder management skills Interested candidates, please email your resume to cchin@goughrecruitment.com or apply directly via this job posting.
