* Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT application projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and timelines.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
* Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
* Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues promptly.
* Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project performance and outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all project activities.
* Lead and mentor team members to achieve project milestones and foster professional growth.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Technology department.
Qualifications
* Proven experience managing IT application projects within the Transport & Distribution sector or similar industries.
* 10+ years' experience delivering IT application projects.
* Proven capability managing multiple concurrent projects.
* Strong experience across system integration, application rewrites, and operational platforms.
* Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Demonstrated experience managing vendors and delivery partners.
* Strong planning, risk management, and financial control skills.
