Offshore Supply Chain Coordinator
This role is responsible for coordinating the supply of parts required to support base checks. The successful candidate will work closely with the offshore base MRO, QE on-site Check Coordinator and Team Leader Line and Base Event Management.
* The Offshore Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for tracking parts delivery, return of unserviceable parts, and transacting parts usage in SUPPLY.
* They will also be responsible for raising and receipting demands in support of parts required for the check.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the supply of parts required to support base checks.
* Work closely with the offshore base MRO, QE on-site Check Coordinator and Team Leader Line and Base Event Management.
* Track parts delivery, return of unserviceable parts, and transact parts usage in SUPPLY.
* Raise and receipt demands in support of parts required for the check.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in Qantas supply chain functions of purchasing, repair, warehousing and inventory management.
* Proficient in SUPPLY, MS Teams, Mxi, Outlook, ONBASE, QMS, eSchenker, QF Freight, Excel, and SUPPLY macros.
* Strong understanding of aircraft Line and base maintenance operations.
* Creative and flexible problem solving.
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
* Excellent interpersonal skills including being culturally sensitive.
* Strong ability to deliver under pressure and manage time as needed.
* Strong ability to work alone to achieve objectives.
* Be an independent worker who is self-driven and proactive.
