HSEQ Advisor Role Overview
We are seeking a HSEQ professional to embed health and safety legislation and best practice across the business through championing service delivery excellence.
This strategic and practical role requires ensuring appropriate health, safety, environmental & quality systems are in place and effective. The ideal candidate will verify these systems remain applicable and compliant with legislative requirements and company objectives.
The successful individual will have a strong background in HSEQ and excellent relationship skills. This is a pro-active and visible role requiring commercial, supplier management and people skills, with the ability to influence, train and support staff at all levels within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure health, safety, environmental & quality systems are in place and effective;
* Verify these systems remain applicable and compliant with legislative requirements and company objectives;
* Embed health and safety legislation and best practice across the business through championing service delivery excellence;
* Collaborate with staff at all levels to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Level 6 NEBOSH Occupational Health & Safety Diploma or equivalent qualification;
* Internal auditor qualified in ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001;
* Experience of working in a HSEQ role on a national basis where advice and risk mitigation were fundamental to the overall role;
* Ability to hold relevant business areas responsible for H&S;
* Valid UK driving license with access to your own vehicle.
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
