We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation to secure a hands-on Senior Business Analyst for a key digital transformation initiative. You'll join a dedicated squad focused on enhancing a core customer product, with a strong emphasis on front-end experience and customer outcomes. Responsibilities will include: Work within a cross-functional squad delivering customer-focused digital change Drive discovery, requirements and delivery end-to-end Collaborate closely with engineers on integration and middleware components Analyse and improve customer journeys and front-end experiences Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements across both functional and technical domains Contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning and agile ceremonies What you'll bring: Strong experience as a Senior BA in Agile delivery environments Proven background in digital projects (front-end/customer journey focus) Experience working with middleware/integration layers Ability to operate across business and technical stakeholders Hands-on approach with a roll-your-sleeves-up mindset Comfortable working in ambiguity and driving outcomes at pace Experience Financial services experience (insurance highly regarded) Experience delivering customer-facing platforms or digital products If you're a Senior Business Analyst who understands how to operate in an Agile squad and influence outcomes beyond just writing requirements, this will be a strong fit.
