The Role (Key Responsibilities)
* Partner with the CEO on growth strategy, pricing, profitability, and capital allocation; board-ready analytics
* Own systems governance: ERP/ POS/ e‐commerce integrations, data integrity, automation
* SaaS/Data-literate partner: enable self-serve analytics and AI-informed insights
* Lead transformation initiatives; maintain controls and risk management
* Oversee treasury, cash flow, working capital, capex, and store openings support
What We're Looking For (Must-Haves)
* CA/CPA or equivalent; 5–10+ years in senior finance roles
* Strong FP&A, analytics, and storytelling; omnichannel/eCommerce/digital background
* Systems governance experience with ERP/BI tools
* Commercial mindset; excellent communicator; able to work with CEO and leadership team
* Right to work in Australia
