**Job Opportunity**
Our organisation is seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the role of Administration Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate floor plans, raising repair orders, attending to NSW Transport Department requirements, supporting the sales department with paperwork compliance, reconciling tasks such as registration of vehicles, and performing general administrative duties.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining accurate floor plans using various databases;
* Raising repair orders using internal programs;
* Attending to NSW Transport Department requirements;
* Supporting the sales department with paperwork compliance;
* Reconciling tasks such as registration of vehicles;
* Performing general administrative duties such as data input, reports, stationery and scanning.
Requirements for this role include:
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel;
* Excellent time-management and attention to detail;
* Brilliant communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders;
* ERA experience preferred but not essential;
* Knowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of the automotive industry highly regarded but not essential;
* Willingness to learn - full training provided;
* Automotive administration experience highly regarded but not essential.
