Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to fulfill key responsibilities in the region, ensuring product availability and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop strong customer relationships across the territory.
* Proactively manage sales targets through effective trade expenditure management.
* Execute promotional plans in-store to maximize sales and brand presence.
* Ensure timely communication on product availability and compliance issues.
* Manage Point of Sale (POS) ordering, storage, and waste minimization efficiently.
* Act promptly on consumer and customer feedback.
* Contribute to team engagement activities and meetings effectively.
* Deliver against established key performance indicators.


Requirements:

* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in FMCG sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong, professional relationships.
* Experience working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and delivering results.
* A proven history of creative problem-solving and delivering tangible outcomes.
