Position Title: Sales Consultant.
Employment Type:
* Full time (38 hour weeks).
* Starting $34 per hour.
* 8 hours per day in shop.
* Monday to Friday.
Pay:
* $1,200–$1,500 per week depending on experience.
* No formal commission structure.
* Strong performance, consistency, and record-breaking months are financially rewarded.
What you'll be doing:
* Handling walk-in customers.
* Inbound and outbound phone calls.
* Following up online quotes and enquiries.
* Customer service and satisfaction follow-up calls.
* Light upselling for mobile services only (not in-shop work).
* Identifying extra services customers may need (sand removal, stains, headlights, etc.)
* Maintaining strong customer relationships from first contact to post-service follow-up.
Most in-person upselling is handled by the lead technician. Your focus is phones, enquiries, follow-ups, and closing.
What we're looking for:
* Confident speaking with people in person and on the phone.
* Well presented and professional.
* Calm under pressure and able to handle customer objections or complaints.
* Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
* Comfortable working independently without constant supervision.
* Able to stay focused and not distracted by your phone.
Hungry to close deals even without commission being the main motivator.
Sales experience is important.
A basic understanding of cars or detailing is a bonus, not required.
Training & support:
* In-person training provided.
* Side-by-side calling at the start.
* Clear written SOPs and systems already in place.
Everything needed to succeed is laid out clearly.
Start date:
* ASAP
Ideal to be fully comfortable in the role by early January.
