Occupational Therapist Paediatric
An esteemed healthcare organization seeks a skilled Occupational Therapist to deliver expert pediatric assessments and interventions in support of children’s growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting comprehensive OT evaluations and developing tailored treatment plans for paediatric and adolescent clients in clinic and community settings.
* Fostering collaboration with clients and families to achieve therapy objectives and enhance participation across various life domains including school readiness and social skills.
* Managing a diverse caseload encompassing behavioral management, sensory integration, fine motor skills development, emotional regulation, and organizational abilities.
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams while adhering to ethical and culturally sensitive practice standards.
* Engaging in ongoing professional development and supervision under the guidance of experienced senior occupational therapists.
