About the Role
As the Branch Team Leader you are responsible for the daily operation of the Stockland Rockhampton branch including coaching, staff development and training to support the Bank's Customer Service, sales and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Support your staff to grow through successful coordination of coaching, training and implementation of staff development plans
* Build relationships with your customers through meaningful conversations
* Responsible for keeping your team motivated, resolve conflicts, build strong engaged teams and at times make difficult decisions
* Manage a proactive approach to quality outbound calls in on boarding new and retaining existing customers
* Contribute to marketing ideas and strategies, in conjunction with your Area Manager, to increase Auswide Bank’s profile and increase product and brand awareness in your local community
About You
As well as having excellent & effective problem solving, time management and communication skills, you will also require
* Experience in a leadership role focusing on interpersonal skills
* Proven experience of leading a service driven team within the Financial Services sector
* Be passionate about providing outstanding customer service
* Model the professionalism required of a leader
