Business Administration Trainee – Bundaberg, QLD
FULL TIME ROLE
This is a great opportunity for a recent school leaver looking to start their career through a structured traineeship while gaining hands-on experience in a real operational environment.
Based at our Bundaberg depot, this role will support day-to-day administrative activities across the business while completing a Certificate III in Business Administration.
About the role
* Provide general administrative support to the depot and wider operations team
* Assist with data entry and documentation across payroll, compliance, training and operations
* Maintain databases, systems and platforms accurately and confidentially
* Support meetings including preparing documents, taking minutes and following up actions
* Prepare and distribute reports as required
* Build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Complete all study requirements for the Certificate III in Business Administration
* Follow company policies, procedures and safety requirements at all times
About you
* A recent school leaver keen to start a career in business or administration
* Well organised with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
* Comfortable working in a team and willing to learn
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Reliable, motivated and able to manage day-to-day tasks with support
