Employment Opportunity for Skilled Electronic Equipment Technician
We are seeking an experienced Electronic Equipment Technician to join our workshop in Malaga, Western Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining domestic appliances such as fridges, freezers, televisions, laptops, air conditioning units, and washing machines. They must ensure every product meets the highest refurbishment standards and is delivered or installed at customer premises under warranty provisions.
The role involves examining and testing electronic equipment, adjusting, repairing, and replacing worn or defective parts, and advising users on correct operating procedures to prevent malfunctions. Excellent diagnostic and repair skills across a range of domestic appliances are essential, as well as strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Full Australian work rights are required, and sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose faults in electronic equipment and instruments
* Adjust, repair, and replace worn or defective parts and wiring
* Maintain, reassemble, and test-operate appliances and control systems
* Advise users on correct operating procedures to prevent malfunctions
* Install and commission electronic instruments and control systems
* Apply knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic principles in repair and maintenance tasks
* Travel to customer premises where required to install/repair under warranty provisions
About You:
* Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience obtained in the last 5 years
* Strong diagnostic and repair skills across a range of domestic appliances
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
