Marketing Specialist – Property / Real Estate
About the role
An established property business is looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to support sales, leasing and property management activity across a growing portfolio.
This role suits someone who enjoys working in a lean, sales-led environment, where marketing is expected to directly support listings, enquiries, speed to market and overall revenue — not just brand visibility.
Key responsibilities
* Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email and property platforms
* Manage CRM and database marketing, including EDMs, segmentation and campaign reporting
* Support agents and stakeholders with sales and appraisal marketing, including listing collateral, suburb performance content and pitch materials
* Coordinate campaign timelines, assets and approvals across internal teams and external suppliers
* Manage and optimise paid digital activity (Google, Meta or property portals) to drive enquiries and conversion
* Track and report on campaign performance, using insights to improve future activity
* Continuously refine marketing execution to improve conversion, speed and ROI
What we're looking for
* Experience in a Marketing Specialist / Marketing Executive / Campaign-focused role
* Background in property, real estate, construction, finance, retail or another sales-driven industry
* Strong hands-on experience across:
* Email marketing / CRM platforms
* Digital and social campaign execution
* Content and asset coordination
* Commercial mindset, with the ability to connect marketing activity to outcomes and revenue
* Comfortable working in a small or mid-sized team with multiple priorities
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage several campaigns at once
