RRC Australia is a leading recruitment provider specialising in industrial, logistics and waste management roles across Australia. We are currently recruiting multiple reliable and motivated candidates for a large site based in Bibra Lake, WA.
These are ongoing opportunities with consistent hours and the opportunity to transition to permanent, for the right people.
Available Positions
Sorter Roles – 10 Positions Available ($36.70/hr + shift loading)
* 5 x AM Shift
* 5 x PM Shift
* Manual sorting of recyclable materials
* Fast-paced environment with repetitive, manual labour tasks
* No experience required – training provided
Leading Hand – MRF (Base pay from $37.66-$43.38/hr + Leading hand allowance)
* Flexible with shift times
* Previous experience in a waste, recycling or processing environment preferred
* Forklift ticket required, Front End Loader ticket preferred
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to oversee small teams and maintain safe work practices
Forklift Operators ($37.66 + shift loading)
* 1 x AM Shift
* 1 x PM Shift
* Valid LF licence required
* Experience operating forklifts in an industrial environment
* Minimum 1-2 years of forklift operating experience required
* Loading, unloading and general yard duties
Mobile Plant Operator – PM Shift ($43.38/hr + shift loading)
* Forklift (LF) and Front End Loader tickets essential
* Experience operating mobile plant machinery
* Minimum 1-2 years of mobile plant machinery operating experience required
* Strong focus on safety and teamwork
Industrial Maintenance Electrician - PM Shift
* Trade Qualification & 5 years experience in a similar environment is essential
* Strong troubleshooting & the ability to work autonomously
* Automation & Robotics knowledge and experience
* Strong focus on safety and teamwork
What We're Looking For

* Good attitude and strong work ethic
* Ability to work in a physical, outdoor/industrial environment
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency preferred as you will need one of these (or a bridging Visa waiting on PR) to transition
