Automotive Operations Manager Role
* About the Job:
o Lead a team to deliver excellent results and exceptional customer experiences across multiple sites.
o Develop and execute operational strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and quality control within high-volume holding yards.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics between holding yards, pre-delivery sites, and dealerships.
o Maintain inventory accuracy and stock control through effective management of stock levels and distribution channels.
o Deliver consistent internal customer experiences for Sales, Service, and Fleet teams.
o Promote a premium external customer experience through vehicle delivery and after-sales support.
o Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
