* Provide one-on-one support to young people, addressing their unique needs and challenges
* Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement personalized learning plans
* Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A tertiary qualification in youth work, social work, psychology, or a related field
* Experience working with young people, particularly those with complex needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues
* A valid Working with Vulnerable People Check and National Police Check certificate
