A leading financial services organisation undergoing a major digital transformation is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their Adobe Customer Experience (CX) Implementation Program. This is a short-term, high-impact assignment focusing on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Digital Asset Management (DAM).
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
Leading BA activities for the AEM DAM workstream
Gathering and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements
Facilitating workshops and mapping end‑to‑end content and asset processes
Working with Adobe CX stakeholders to align AEM DAM with broader platform capabilities
Contributing to UAT planning, scenarios and acceptance criteria
Support integration requirements across Adobe's ecosystem (AEM, Analytics, Target, Workfront, etc.)
Supporting fast-paced delivery within a multi-stream program environment
Provide BA leadership in a complex, multi-stream financial services program environment
What you'll need to succeed
Significant experience as a Senior Business Analyst within financial services (banking, insurance, superannuation, or similar regulated environments)
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager, ideally including AEM DAM
Strong capability in requirements elicitation, documentation, and process mapping
Experience influencing stakeholders across digital, marketing, compliance, and technology teams
Ability to work in fast-paced enterprise program environments
