The OpportunityWe are seekingexperienced and self-driven Business Development Managers (BDMs)who wantflexibility,high earning potential, andthe ability to grow without restrictions.

Full time/part time
Earn high commissionsonevery order from your clients, includingrepeat business.
Choose your preferred industriesto target.
Sell with ease— highly competitive pricing and client-friendly payment terms.
What You'll Be DoingProspect and hunt for new B2B clients throughcold calling,networking, andoutbound prospecting.
Generate your own leads(tools and resources for lead generation will be provided).
Develop and maintainlong-term client relationships, increasing their product pipelines over time.
Negotiate and close deals, positioning Ur Bazaar's solutions effectively.
Manage opportunities and client pipelines usingHubSpot CRM.
Drive consistent sales and enjoyrecurring commissionsas clients continue to place orders.
What You NeedProven B2B sales experience(minimum 2 years preferred).
Experience using HubSpotor a similar CRM system.
Strong skills incold calling,lead generation, andprospecting.
Ability todevelop client relationshipsandnegotiate dealsindependently.
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial— ability to manage your own time and results.
Laptop, phone, and internet connection.
