About the role
The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in shaping and delivering QTAC’s digital presence and marketing activities. Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer, this role is responsible for driving QTAC’s digital narrative, strengthening brand awareness, and supporting engagement with prospective and current applicants, partner institutions and other key stakeholders.
You’ll work across digital campaigns, social media, content, and performance marketing to improve customer experience, support revenue opportunities, and ensure QTAC’s digital channels are effective, consistent and data-driven. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys balancing creativity with analytics and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, deliver and optimise digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta and other digital channels
* Support advertising and performance marketing activities, including campaign reporting and insights
* Develop, implement and evaluate social media strategies and content
* Maintain and manage digital and content calendars aligned to key business priorities
* Update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy, relevance and consistency
* Coordinate digital assets and production timelines across campaigns and channels
* Support media, communications and stakeholder engagement activities
* Work closely with internal teams, external agencies and service providers
* Contribute to reporting, insights and recommendations to improve digital performance
* Ensure brand guidelines and tone of voice are applied consistently across all digital platforms
Skills & Experience
* Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and digital advertising
* Experience building and deploying digital campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads and/or Meta Business
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyse and report on performance
* Experience working with EDM tools, marketing automation or CRM systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
* Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Solutions-focused approach with accountability and adaptability
* Experience with WordPress or other CMS
* Minimum 2 years in digital marketing roles or similar with weekly use of Google Ads/Facebook (Meta) Business Ads and Google Analytics
* Qualification in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related field (desirable)
