The company operates from a state-of-the-art facility, serving Sydney's most prestigious restaurants, luxury hotels, and specialty retailers through a sophisticated dual-channel model. With recent automation and WMS implementation, digital customer platform, and advanced BI systems operational, the business is poised for significant growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and delivering strategic plans. They will be responsible for implementing supplier agreements, establishing QA protocols, and optimizing procurement through consortium leverage. Full P&L accountability and full autonomy to execute growth strategy to $120-140M.

This role requires strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, as well as cultural intelligence and change leadership capabilities. A deep understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, and commercial disciplines is essential.
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 5+ years senior management food/FMCG experience
* Proven P&L management responsibility ($60M+)
* Track record of driving significant growth
* Experience managing 60+ staff
