Job Overview:
The Global Remuneration Analyst is a highly specialized role that requires advanced skills in HR accounting Excel, including PowerQuery, and analysis of remuneration and economic data.
This position plays a critical role in the department's remuneration strategy across 100 overseas missions, ensuring decisions are evidence-based, defensible, and strategically aligned.
* Conduct annual reviews of remuneration and benefits for overseas missions.
* Apply actuarial data and market intelligence to determine adjustments.
* Maintain and enhance remuneration analysis models, ensuring accuracy and scalability.
* Lead procurement and integration of market data from external suppliers.
* Manage data surveys, ensuring accuracy and timely returns from global missions.
* Document assumptions, methodologies, and provide audit-ready records.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to support effective remuneration outcomes.
* Provide high-level strategic advice and contribute to quality assurance and risk management.
Requirements:
* Strong technical expertise in HR accounting or finance.
* Advanced Excel skills, including PowerQuery.
* Proven ability to analyze and interpret remuneration and economic data.
* Experience maintaining large-scale data models and survey processes.
* Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
