We are seeking a skilled ICT Infrastructure Manager to join our team.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of our ICT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, systems security, IT strategic projects, and user accounts. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and maintaining ICT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, mobile devices, and network equipment.
* Coordinating the implementation of new ICT systems and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
* Providing expert technical support to users on ICT-related issues, resolving problems, and escalating complex issues when necessary.
* Developing and implementing security protocols and procedures to protect our data and systems from cyber threats.
* Leading and participating in ICT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
* Collaborating with external IT vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
