Join our Sales team as a proactive Key Account Manager and take on an exciting opportunity to drive growth in a full time role! Based at our Head Office in Tullamarine, Victoria, you'll play a pivotal role in developing relationships with inbound and domestic wholesalers, brokers and online travel agents across Australia and New Zealand.
Reporting directly to the Head of Leisure Sales, you'll focus on generating new business and increasing revenue through existing partnerships as well as building and implementing strategies through leading tactical sales activities.

Some of the key responsibilities include:
1. Drive revenue growth through selected Brokers and Wholesalers as set out in the Leisure Target.
2. Develop and implement promotional initiatives to maximise market opportunities.
3. Work with various departments within the business to deliver the Europcar product to market in a customer responsive and cost efficient manner.
4. Report on market performance on a monthly basis.
5. Strive to deliver improved contribution levels through product delivery.
6. Promote the Europcar brand and image within the travel leisure industry.
7. Develop sales strategies to successfully attract targeted accounts.
8. Conduct direct negotiations with key clients and monitor contract performance.
9. Build relationships with clients and key market players.
10. Complete and present tenders.
To be considered, you should possess:
1. Sales leadership experience in the car rental or travel industry.
2. 3+ years' experience in account management.
3. Familiarity with travel agency booking systems.
4. Advanced strategic sales skills.
5. Strong customer focus, delivering quality for all stakeholders.
6. Excellent communication skills across all levels.
7. Strong organisational and time management skills.
8. Skilled in project management, negotiation and conflict resolution.
9. Current and ongoing Australian work rights.
