**Your new company**
Our client is one of Illawarra most wanted employer who is market leader in its industry and has been in business for more than 100 years. They pride themselves on their company values and culture.

Located near the beach with a great view and calming environment, the business is looking for 2 x customer service superstars to join the team

**Your recent role**
As a Customer Service Representative you would deliver outstanding customer service as part of the sales team, including answering customer enquiries and providing information clearly and concisely, entering sales orders accurately and in a timely manner, contributing to marketing initiatives and undertaking special projects as needed.

Customer Service
- Process sales orders and credit adjustments
- Answer customer enquiries regarding product range, price and delivery
- Proactively update customers when changes to orders, stock availability and delivery occur
- Receive customer's technical enquiries and provide suitable references
- Process and manage customer credit claims using the Event Management System through to conclusion
- Check inventory and pricing reports systematically and make necessary adjustments as required

Administration
- Filing of orders and credit claims
- Comply with OH&S; & E requirements
- Understand and comply with quality systems requirements
- Vigilantly and accurately complete data entry

- Adhere to company procedures and policy
- Strong PC skills including experience with Microsoft Office software & ERP system
