Job Title: Force Element Team Leader
About the Role:
This position is responsible for leading a team that manages and optimises Defence establishments to ensure accurate representation in systems. The team focuses on organisational structure management via the Enterprise Resource Planning SAP Platform, working closely with various Defence areas and serving as the primary point of contact for structural change implementation.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the Force Element Management Team to ensure Defence establishments are optimised and accurately reflected in systems.
* Rationalise and maintain department-wide structural changes, providing quality operational advice to support Defence stakeholders.
* Assist in developing workflow and process optimisation strategies.
* Work closely with teams across Defence to implement structural changes in systems.
