You will be a building & construction lawyer who would like to join a commercial disputes team of a mid-tier law firm.
Your new role
Work with two Partners who do not take themselves too seriously and enjoy a life outside of private practice.
As a skilled litigator you will act in arbitrations, mediations and expert determinations. Alternatively, if you would prefer front-end work only, this can also be accommodated. As such, you will have a working knowledge of the Home Building Act, 1989 (NSW) and the Building & Construction Industry Security for Payment Act, 1999 (NSW).
