We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as either:
- A trainee eager to learn the trade and become a skilled Auto Glazier and Window Tinter, or
- An experienced and qualified Window Tinter or Auto Glazier.
This full-time position offers the chance to expand your knowledge, develop your skills, and grow into a leadership role as a Manager within our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and repair automotive glass, including windscreens, side windows, and rear windows.
- Perform high-quality window tinting on a variety of vehicles.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Stay updated on industry practices, tools, and techniques.
- Support the team in achieving company goals and standards.
What We're Looking For
- A willingness to learn and a strong interest in automotive glass and tinting.
- For trainees: No prior experience is required, but a solid work ethic and eagerness to develop new skills are essential.
- For qualified applicants: Proven experience in window tinting and/or auto glazing.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A valid driver's license.
