Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing enquiries, front-of-house reception, general administration, and accounts payable/receivable.

* Accounts Payable/Receivable experience
* Ability to build rapport and effective business relationships at all levels within the organization
* Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to respond to and resolve enquiries
* Strong IT skills, specifically with Microsoft office, Word, and Excel
* Organizational skills with the ability to multitask
* Ability to work independently with strong initiative
* Ability to provide timely and quality administrative support
* Proven experience in a similar role
