About the Role:
* Provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact for all clients, visitors, and staff in person and over the phone.
* Offer crucial administrative support to the Tenancy Advocacy & Support team and other Teams within Quantum as required, including managing mail, maintaining a tidy reception area, and assisting with various tasks.
* Act as a primary source of information, advice, and referrals for the Tenancy Advocacy & Support programs.
* Provide essential case support by assisting with administrative tasks like case notes, completing referral forms, and managing data on the Client Record Management (CRM) system.
* Help our Housing Supports team meet their program requirements by maintaining accurate records and assisting with assessments and applications.

* Strong problem-solving skills to analyse situations, consider the broader context, and develop practical solutions.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills to work well with others, actively listen, and contribute to a team environment.

* Valid Victorian Driver's Licence | Working with Children Check | Police Check.
* Certificate IV in Business Administration or other related field or equivalent experience. (refer to Position Description).
