**Your opportunity**:
As our valued Risk Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) activities. You’ll draw on your enthusiasm for learning and problem-solving skills to help manage and improve our GRC processes.
**You'll make impact by**:
- Leading the administration of the governance, risk and compliance (GRC) system, including managing & implementing change requests, system updates and refreshes
- Managing the relationship with suppliers and key stakeholders to maintain and enhance the GRC system, driving improvements to support effective usage and adoption
- Distilling business requirements into technical specifications, and implementing solutions to drive efficiency and simplicity from the GRC system
- Managing and governing data integrity, generating quality assurance reporting for data management and informing continuous improvement initiatives
- Assisting with the monitoring and tracking of risk actions and key risk indicators on a quarterly basis, and preparing appropriate reporting
- Facilitating the collation of information for management reports, Executive reports and the Board Audit and Risk Committee within agreed timeframes
- Developing and maintaining an annual schedule of all reporting requirements and activities, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timelines are met
- Developing & maintaining procedural documents and user guides
- Conducting system training for business stakeholders and providing first-line user support
- Providing administration and coordination support to the Risk team including coordination of workshops, meetings and training sessions, administration of intranet pages and collaboration tools
- Supporting risk projects and other ad hoc activities as required

- Experienced task/project-planner with excellent prioritisation skills and confidence managing multiple priorities through periods of change or ambiguity
- Demonstrated experience in business processes, standards, systems and roles, or proven administration experience in a complex corporate environment
**Ideally, you will also have**:
- IT/SaaS system administration experience and proficiency - training provided
