About the role
We are seeking a Branch Administrator for our Bathurst office. This role will provide support to our Branch Manager by providing efficient and industry leading customer service in a supportive team environment.
Working closely with our Branch Manager to achieve team goals, your dedication to customer service and administration experience will be highly valued. You will be an active learner, with a can-do attitude, willing to take on new challenges assisting our experienced team meet the challenges of providing timely and professional service to our clients, including critical infrastructure.
Proven ability to achieve in an adaptable work environment
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Strong time management skills with an ability to work with competing deadlines
Ordering parts as required and following up with suppliers for delivery
Assist with daily monitoring of any jobs that require follow up and identifying what is required to complete the job
Assist with daily scheduling and coordinating of service work as required
Respond to customer enquiries within a timely manner as required
Assist with managing customer work orders
Daily invoicing of service jobs
