The Role
You'll manage a portfolio ofdomestic and commercial insurance repair projectsacross theToowoomba and surrounding region, overseeing claims from assessment through to completion.

Because the company's head office is in Brisbane, you'll have the flexibility towork from home when not on the road, supported by apassionate Construction Managerwho's hands-on, approachable, and genuinely invested in developing his team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise insurance repair projects (domestic & commercial)
Conduct inspections, scopes, and variations
Coordinate trades, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards
Estimate and manage claims
What You'll Bring
Experience in insurance building or general construction (domestic and/or commercial)
Strong understanding of scoping, estimating, and supervision
