Presales Solutions Architect | ASEAN | Medical Imaging Solutions
As a Presales Solutions Architect (PSA) with Annalise.ai, you will require familiarity with hospital, physician, clinical, and radiology systems, as well as the broader healthcare industry. Your primary responsibilities include assisting the business development team, collaborating with research and marketing teams to engage with new and existing sales opportunities, and establishing relationships with clinical and technical staff to demonstrate our solutions.
This role involves developing business cases, presenting the value of our solutions, and working closely with internal teams on customer requirements and feature requests. You will design and develop system interfaces and prototype workflows, contributing to our global expansion efforts and improving patient outcomes through innovative medical predictions.
What You'll Do
Understand customer environments and workflows to determine optimal solutions.
Adopt a consultative, solution-based sales approach to analyze customer needs and propose suitable Annalise solutions.
Demonstrate product features and capabilities during the sales process.
Develop and deliver tailored demonstrations, proofs of concept, and pre-sales assets.
Contribute to sales proposals, RFPs, and tenders across regions.
Configure demonstration systems and participate in trade shows.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Annalise.ai solutions and their fit within healthcare needs.
Travel to meet prospects and clients, leading technical discussions and presenting solutions.
Develop positive relationships with customer organizations.
Collaborate with product teams to provide market feedback.
Maintain opportunity data in Salesforce, ensuring accurate sales forecasting.
Report on presales activities and update the sales team on product capabilities.
Your Skills And Experience
Fluent in English and your local language.
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of experience in healthcare informatics or medical imaging technologies.
Ability to operate independently and lead client interactions.
Professionalism in customer-facing roles, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with virtualization (ESX), Windows, Linux/Unix, and MS SQL.
Knowledge of networking protocols (DNS, TCP/IP) and healthcare standards (DICOM, HL7).
Excellent technical, integration, and presentation skills.
Results-oriented with high self-discipline, patience, and attention to detail.
Experience working in structured or regulated sales organizations.
