Finance & Risk Manager – Sharp & Carter
Our client is a high‑profile leader investing in growth and achieving exceptional results in their industry. Working within a high‑calibre finance division, this role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and driven Finance & Risk Manager.
Responsibilities
* Ownership of end‑to‑end finance management
* Daily business partnering with senior stakeholders
* Develop & manage the Risk Management Framework
* Identify operational risk, analyse internal controls and ensure compliance with legislative requirements
* Daily & weekly reporting to senior management
* Statutory reporting
* Provide recommendations to improve internal controls and operations
* Utilise technology to optimise financial processes
Qualifications & Skills
* Previous internal audit experience within a medium to large corporate, or first move outside a chartered firm’s audit division
* Second‑to‑none communication capabilities and confident leadership to engage with and influence non‑financial stakeholders
* Enthusiastic, ambitious attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a high‑performing finance team
* Reporting directly to the CFO
