About the role
Established in 2005, our specialist health and safety recruitment team provides recruitment and consulting solutions throughout Australia. We partner with clients to offer services in health, wellbeing, safety, workers compensation, risk, and environmental consulting.
Our key recruitment priorities include quality, responsiveness, turnaround time, and client retention. Success in this role requires stakeholder management, relationship building, and business development skills. Whether advising large companies on sourcing strategies or helping candidates advance their careers, this role offers exciting challenges. Your daily tasks include:
Developing new business through sales activities and maintaining industry networks and your personal brand.
Negotiating and closing commercial terms with clients according to company policy.
Delivering on client expectations.
Managing the end-to-end (360) recruitment process, including job briefs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, reference checks, offer management, onboarding, and retention tasks.
Your background
This is a recruitment role focused on sales and candidate management. To succeed, you should demonstrate:
Experience in a 360-recruitment role, including new business development and candidate management.
HSE recruitment experience is highly desirable; alternatively, procurement or engineering recruitment experience.
Sales and client relationship management skills.
Ability to introduce and manage innovative staffing solutions.
Capability to meet KPIs related to client and candidate interactions, interviews, and new job orders.
Relationship building skills.
Professional appearance, articulate communication, and strong interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with senior hiring managers.
Organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office and new systems.
Ambitious, honest, resilient, proactive, and passionate about sales activities and placements.
